Calming Yoga & Sound Bath

Service Description

An evening to deeply relax the mind, body and soul. We'll begin our evening with a gentle, restorative yoga flow using yoga bolsters, pillows and blankets to bring deep rest to the body. We'll pause to have a nourishing homemade treat whilst qualified sound therapist Tony Spencer sets up for a calming sound bath. We'll then finish class laid down snuggled up under blankets by candlelight listening to the beautifully peaceful sound bath by Tony. The perfect evening to switch off from the outside world.
